Red “Disconnected” Notification on Go-Box Dashboard

There are multiple possibilities as to why the Go-Box Dashboard displays a red “Disconnected

button. The following steps should address each possibility one at a time:

  1. Ensure that you are connected to the Go-Box Wi-Fi.
  2. Refresh browser and confirm that “Connected” appears in green in the upper left and confirm that the list of Credentials and Templates is populated in the list boxes on the left.
  3. Clear Cache in browser, and refresh the page (CTRL+F5).
