There are multiple possibilities as to why the Go-Box Dashboard displays a red “Disconnected”
button. The following steps should address each possibility one at a time:
- Ensure that you are connected to the Go-Box Wi-Fi.
- Refresh browser and confirm that “Connected” appears in green in the upper left and confirm that the list of Credentials and Templates is populated in the list boxes on the left.
- Clear Cache in browser, and refresh the page (CTRL+F5).
The following chart depicts different LED patters that are associated with the Dashboard issue and their solutions:
|1 Green LED and 3 White LEDs||Go-Box fully booted. Working properly||Try to refresh the page or clear the cache. Make sure that you are connected to the Go-Box|
